Nights is a song that was borne of sleep schedules turned on their heads by the 2020 lockdowns. Jacob would pass the evenings playing video games with his friends online, Soraya would let the days after remote work blend together by watching hundreds of movies. The song captures that scary feeling that anything is possible that comes over anyone who's awake between 3-4am -- or what we in the United States know as "the witching hour." The main tracking took place at Avast Studios in Seattle, with vocals, guitars, and synth being tracked in Los Angeles. The song was co-produced by Jacob Butler and Vincent Leslie Jones, and the song was mixed by Carlos de la Garza.
